Online Ski and Board Performance

By advancing traditional ski and board technique teachings and adding biomechanics, physiology, health considerations and psychology this solves many limitations for all levels of snowsports participants including recreational skiers and those looking to compete.

There are a small number of providers who offer some fitness advice however to ensure that you are fully prepared, working with both a qualified personal trainer and skiing instructor ensures that your guidance is sound and accurate.

Working with both beginner and advanced skiers and snowboarders I run through dry land training and assessments prior to heading on snow as well as on snow training to improve your technique and to reduce the change of injury or performing to your best.

​

The world of dry land training has very little in way of training when you're back in the UK, often experiencing repetitive non skiing specific exercises. The risk of injury is much higher without implementing exercises specifically for the muscle groups used when heading onto the slopes prior to skiing or snowboarding.

Through bridging the gap between personal training and skiing instruction I have 1000's of exercises that can be done both in your home and at the gym.
